For families

Keep the people you love one tap away.

Decide who gets told, what they see and how they can help — before anything happens.

Choose your trusted contacts

Add a partner, parent, grown-up child or neighbour. Each contact is invited and must agree before they can receive alerts.

Everyone hears at once

When an alert starts, all your contacts are told at the same time, so nobody has to ring round.

Location only during an alert

Your family sees where you are only while an alert is open — never in the background and never for keeping tabs.

Set it up together

Ten minutes now, less panic later.

The best time to plan for an emergency is on an ordinary day.

  1. Talk it through

Agree who should go first, who has a spare key and who lives closest.

  2. Add your contacts

Invite them from the app. They confirm before they can receive alerts.

  3. Add a medical profile, if you want

Allergies, medication, conditions. It is optional and encrypted.

  4. Know where the buttons are

Find Call 112 and SOS together. In the preview, alerts are simulated and nobody is contacted.

Children and dependants

Children and dependants.

We are designing guardian accounts so that a parent or legal guardian sets up and manages a child’s or dependant’s profile.

  • The guardian stays in controlA parent or legal guardian manages the profile, the contacts and what is shared.
  • Only what helpsMinimal details, shared only during an alert.
  • Age rules before launchThe exact age and consent rules will be confirmed with legal counsel and published before launch.
Plans

The Family plan

Planned for launch: up to 5 family members on one plan. The price shown is indicative and no payment is taken before launch.

Trusted contacts are not emergency services. They may be asleep, abroad or out of signal. In an emergency, call 112 first.

Be ready before you need it.

Set up your trusted contacts and emergency profile in the app preview. In an emergency, call 112 first.
